Micahel Marceda

Michael Marceda was born and raised just outside of New York City and has proudly called Myrtle Beach home for about 10 years. He brings decades of successful sales and financial-services experience to real estate, along with a strong understanding of what it takes to build lasting client relationships.

Michael’s approach is simple: listen first, communicate honestly, and always put the client’s goals first. Whether helping someone buy their first home, relocate to the Grand Strand, find the perfect vacation property, or sell their current home, he is committed to making the experience straightforward, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Michael and his wife, Cheryl, love calling Myrtle Beach home. Family is an important part of their lives, and they enjoy spending time with their children and four grandchildren.

Outside of real estate, Michael enjoys cooking, ballroom dancing, and taking advantage of everything the Myrtle Beach lifestyle has to offer.
