Ryan Koehler, | Living South Realty

Ryan Koehler is a Realtor with Living South Realty. He was born in Queens, NY and grew up on the South Shore of Eastern Long Island. Ryan returned to New York City where he studied at the Juilliard School and Mannes College of Music, earning a B.M and M.M. in music, with a concentration in double bass performance. He performed actively with orchestras in both the United States and Europe until moving to Myrtle Beach in 2015.

Previous to Real Estate, Ryan worked closely with homebuyers and national builders in the design and implementation of structured wiring, home audio, home automation and home/life safety options. After taking part in countless design appointments as well as pre and post construction walkthroughs, Ryan looks forward to expertly guiding you through the home selling/buying process.

In his free time he enjoys all that coastal living has to offer with his wife Crystal and their two daughters, who are both training to be Jedi Knights, like their Father before them.
